American Landscape is a full-service construction company. We carry landscaping, engineering and building contractor licenses, which gives us a unique advantage. It allows us to perform total site development as a general contractor, in addition to landscape planting, irrigation installation, rough and finish grading, area drainage and erosion control. Our projects include residential, industrial and commercial endeavors, as well as public works. We are well experienced with some of the more complicated aspects of State and Federally funded jobs, such as: State and Federal prevailing wage requirements, certified payroll, PLA (project labor agreement) requirements and Labor Compliance, and related documentation.

Union Landscape Construction

American Landscape is a union shop, and is proud to employ highly qualified, loyal staff. Many of our employees are second and third generation, which underscores their level of dedication and experience. Because we are a union shop, we have access to skilled manpower to accommodate accelerated schedules. We can scale up as needed to ensure your project is completed properly on time.

Non-Union Landscape Construction (Private Work Recovery)

In addition to providing union construction services, we also provide construction services for private non-union projects at open shop rates in accordance with our union labor agreements. This flexibility ensures that you receive the qualified personnel you need for your job, at competitive wage rates.

Golf Construction and Irrigation Retrofitting

For many, the American name is synonymous with golf. We provide golf course construction services for brand new courses, as well as those being renovated. Our construction services include driving ranges, fairways, tees, bunkers, putting greens, wet wells, and irrigation systems, as well as golf related hardscaping such as cart paths and pump stations. Our large fleet of specialized golf-specific equipment ensures that the job is done as efficiently as possible with minimal collateral damage to the surrounding landscape.

Proper irrigation might be the single most important component for maintaining a golf course and managing costs. When a system becomes old or faulty, the course -- and its profitability -- become vulnerable. American Landscape provides irrigation retrofitting to upgrade or completely replace existing systems. We use the most advanced materials and techniques to ensure proper irrigation and make it more cost-effective. We employ pipe pulling techniques as well as certified HDPE pipe fusion for a speedy and clean installation. Computer-controlled systems and moisture sensors are among the ways we can help you manage your costs.  Our golf teams are also known to travel far and wide to practice their craft.  We have experience with out of state and out of country projects, and are eager to continue servicing our customers wherever they may be.
