American Landscape has undergone many transformations in our quest to provide our clients with the services they need, and the quality they have come to expect. Over the years, American evolved into the American Landscape Companies and included several divisions: American Landscape, the construction services affiliated part of the group; American Golf Construction, servicing both private and public courses; American Landscape Maintenance, servicing landscape maintenance needs; and American Wholesale Nurseries, growers of plant material for the wholesale market.
The most exciting and dynamic change for American came in 2006 when the non-construction related divisions of American Landscape Companies were acquired by the Price Family. Since then, members of the Price Family sit on the board of directors of American overseeing its activities along with a founding father of American. The renowned Price Family’s construction-and-landscaping heritage includes decades of owning and managing American Golf Corporation, a worldwide golf course operator and grounds maintenance company. The Prices have also brought with them a wealth of management experience and financial capital, all of which facilitated the restructuring of the American Landscape Companies, and a renewed focus on the things that make our clients value us.
