BWM Construction, LLC is a Commercial, Healthcare, Retail, Industrial and Grow Facilities General Contracting/Construction Management Company located in Gibbsboro, New Jersey.  Our Principals have over 30 years of construction experience with new construction, interior fit-out, renovations and alterations ranging from small interior projects to larger developments throughout the Tristate regions of New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania.  Over the years, we have developed a talented employee base with wide ranging experience in all types of construction.

The Company’s focus is on Commercial,HealthCare,Retail, Industrial and Grow Facilities. We are working for recognized industry leaders in the Tri State area and have garnered numerous satisfied clients.

The Principals are Rob Bennett, Lou Mueller, Robert Walker.

Lou Mueller is a 35-year veteran of the construction industry. He has extensive experience in commercial industrial and retail construction, having been the Director of Construction of American Continental Properties, Inc. for over 15 years. During that time he constructed numerous retail and commercial developments in the region. He also served as owner’s representative for large residential and condominium projects in Manhattan, as well as Construction Building Manager for a large office complex in Palm Beach, Florida. Lou has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering, and has participated in extensive continuing education programs for the Real Estate, Construction and Engineering industries. Lou is a member of The Project Management Institute, The International Facility Management Association, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Robert Walker is the co-owner of Under Construction Builders a respected Southern New Jersey remodeling contractor. Robert has been in the construction industry for over 35 years. Upon his arrival in the United States from New Zealand in 1991, Robert worked as a Forman, Superintendent, and Project Manager on Commercial and Residential projects before forming Under Construction Builders in 1994, with Rob Bennett. Success followed in both residential and commercial projects.

Rob Bennett is the co-owner of Under Construction Builders and leader of the field operation for the company. Since the founding of Under Construction Builders, Rob has been the general superintendent for all of the residential work and many of the Commercial projects. Rob is a Master Carpenter, and along with Robert leads the field operations of BMW Construction LLC.
