Our Story

Hello. I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and my company to you. I am Ed Fry, President of C.E. Fry Construction Co., Inc. We have held a valid contractor's license in the State of California since June 30, 1979. C.E. Fry Construction Co., Inc. is bondable and carries a two million dollar liability insurance policy. Over the years, we have completed many different types of projects, from OUT OF THE GROUND new construction, to major building renovations.

C.E. Construction Co., Inc. performs work in three primary areas:

  • New Development and Construction
  • Tenant Improvement
  • ATM Construction and Equipment Sales

C.E. Fry Construction Co. was formed in 1979 and later incorporated under the laws of the State of California on March 15, 1996. C.E. Fry Construction Co., Inc. continues today as a privately held corporation employing many skilled people; from general office staff, marketing and estimating personnel to construction supervisors and field crews. Together, our staff strive to exceed all of our customer's needs and expectations.

Our organization’s people are well qualified and have a proven track record in the construction industry. Key personnel of C.E. Fry Construction Co., Inc. have a combined 266 plus years of experience in the construction industry.

We are a diverse company specializing in tenant improvements, new construction, and ATM construction. We furnish our clients with turnkey ATM installations from standard through the wall installations to remote parking lot kiosks. C.E. Fry Construction also provides emergency service work in the event of a fire, earthquake or civil disturbance. No project is too small, or too far, for C.E. Fry Construction Co., Inc. to respond to.

We also perform construction and installations for our clients when their needs are out of the general area. This includes those projects that are located out of state.

During the Wells Fargo/First Interstate merger, C.E. Fry Construction Co., Inc. completed 47 branches.

We worked with JJC Project Management Group during the Washington Mutual/Home Savings Bank merger and completed 42 branch remodels; ranging from simple paint and carpet replacement to major branch renovations.

C.E. Fry Construction Co., Inc. is not limited to commercial remodeling. From 1998 to 1999, we constructed a new facility for Albertson’s Employees Federal Credit Union. This was a turnkey project; from the preliminary site work through Grand Opening. At the same time, we had under construction, a new facility for Kern Schools Federal Credit Union in Bakersfield; this was a large 17,000 square foot custom designed facility. On this project we hired and supervised all personnel, including architects and engineers. We completed the entire project, from the design phase through the grand opening in less than thirty months.

Since that time we have completed several large projects; turnkey new construction as well as tenant improvement, including design build for major banking and credit union facilities.
