IBC Builders of Texas, LP was started in August 2003 with one goal, to provide superior service to our customers at the lowest price possible. Our team has over 50 years of commercial experience in all phases of construction.

At IBC Builders of Texas, LP we work with our clients and assist them with Value Engineering, Preliminary Budgets, Scheduling and Permitting if needed. We can also provide turn key Design Build services if needed. Our service does not stop at the completion of the project, we offer a one year warranty on all work completed and will respond to all warranty issues within 48 hours.

Our primary construction projects are Restaurants and Tenant buildouts, building jobs for companies such as: McAlister's Deli, Little Caesar's Pizza, Inc., Great Clips, Wingstop Restaurants, Inc., Edible Arrangements, Plato's Closet, Once Upon A Child, Massage Envy, Firehouse Subs, Which Wich Sandwich Shops, Smoothie King and many more.

David F. Bode - President, has been in the construction field for over twenty years starting as a Jobsite Superintendent and working up as Project Estimator and then Project Manager with several local General Contractors in the Houston area.

Billy E. Key - Vice President, has been in the construction field for over thirty years. Starting as a carpenter and in 1996 opened Keyco Drywall, a commercial Drywall Company in the Houston area.

Craig Staples - Sales / Estimator, has been in the construction industry for over 10 years.  He has done sales, estimating, and project management in various areas of construction.

We have an experienced office staff to help our customers throughout the entire project, along with full time experienced Superintendents on each jobsite daily.

IBC Builders of Texas, LP is fully insured with Commercial General Liability of $2,000,000 with Umbrella coverage of $5,000,000, Automobile Insurance to $1,000,000 and Workers Compensation Insurance to $1,000,000 giving our customers peace of mind throughout the entire project.

IBC Builders of Texas, LP has a bonding capacity of up to $2,000,000 if needed. Our primary banking institution is Sterling Bank which gives us flexibility in every project we undertake.
