Cranshaw Construction is a general contracting and construction management company with practical design and construction experience. Founded in 1983, the company has successfully completed over 35 million square feet of space totaling over $4 billion in suburban and downtown Boston. We have successfully completed a variety of complex projects ranging from multi-family residential buildings, assisted living and industrial facilities to lifestyle centers and first class office developments.

Cranshaw Construction is an affiliate of National Development, an interdisciplinary real estate firm providing development, property management and investment acquisition services. The company’s affiliation with National Development helps Cranshaw Construction to take an “owner’s perspective” in managing the construction of a project from the earliest conceptual phases through final occupancy.

The synergies and feedback received from the other disciplines and services provided by National Development, such as the property management division, allows Cranshaw Construction to have first hand and up-to-date knowledge of what building elements and design operate most efficiently and cost effectively without compromising the marketability of the product in the future.
