Form Works, Inc. is a "forth-generation" formwork contractor. Its roots go back to C. A. Gibeaut, Inc., which was incorporated in Ohio in 1953 by Charlie Gibeaut, arguably the first formwork specialty contractor in the country. After operating for several years in various locations from Washington, D.C. to Dallas the majority of its operations dictated a move to South Florida in the early 1960's, where it was the first to introduce the idea of a formwork contractor. Mr. Gibeaut sold the company to his vice presidents, Jack Beal and Perry Arnett in the mid sixties. They owned and operated the company into the late seventies, when Bill Harrington formed Billform, Inc. and took over the operations of the company. During these years the company has completed hundreds of projects, including: high-rise condominiums; hospitals; shopping malls; office buildings; and waste water treatment plants.
