Division Nine Contracting evolved in 1990 from Russo Lath & Plaster which was started in 1986, Since then, Thomas Russo and Kenneth Fenolio, have directed the company into the foremost, quality based, Plastering, EIFS, and Specialty Finish Contractor in the state of Arizona, The General Contracting Division was born in 1998 and has become synonymous with Quality Remodeling of Fine Homes, New Custom Homes, Religious facilities, Educational Facilities, Office, Retail, Modular Buildings and other commercial projects, Division Nine Contracting has and will always strive for perfection, like our motto says: "Where Excellence Prevails".
