Scope Of Work

Situated in a prime location in Shrewsbury, the new Lux Townhomes provide a distinctive private luxury community with numerous nearby amenities.
The site was originally the location of a bus maintenance facility and the redevelopment of the area required the installation of a fluid applied gas vapor barrier to each of the 61 townhomes.
Edgeboro International Inc. utilized the necessary equipment and labor to install approximately 70,000 ft2 of 60 mil gas vapor barrier system to each unit footprint. 

With many tight areas consisting of many banks of penetrations, the spray applied product offers exceptional protection in a time efficient manner.
A smoke test confirmed that the system was properly installed and free from defects.
