is a minority owned business, we are a full service HVAC company that has been around since 1992. We perform installation, maintenance, and service for various business in the Tri-state area such as banks, chain stores, commercial buildings and various government agencies.

Zone Aire Systems has been in business for (18) eighteen years and has become known for its excellent quality of service. We provide Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Sheet Metal, Electrical, Plumbing, Energy Management and Building Maintence. Our technicians attend seminars on new technology, mechanical codes, and environmental laws, and are factory trained in all major air conditioning and heating brands such as Carrier, Trane, York, Lennox, McQuay, and Liebert. We employ twenty-two (22) Technicians and have eighteen (18) service vehicles. We are also a member of Local 28 Union.

Zone Aire Systems guarantees same day service with a tow hour response time, which is stipulated in our contracts. Unlike other companies who may charge a premium for emergency repairs, Zone Aire Systems provides emergency repairs and services at our standard competitive rates, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Also while your system is being repaired or replaced we can provide you in a moments notice with self-contained portable units which come in various capacities.
