Landmark Consultants is a New York based corporation founded in 2004 servicing the Tri-State area. Since the beginning, we set out to raise the bar in the business of environmental remediation and green construction consulting by always placing safety, people and the environment first.  We are a full service consultancy equipped to handle the entire stream of sustainable remediation from surveying and testing of hazardous and non hazardous contaminants to construction and restoration projects. Our headquarter operations are based close to the outer limits of downtown Manhattan in GreenPoint, Brooklyn.

Landmark is qualified to handle the second highest level of contamination with the exception of nuclear waste in remediation engineering consultancy, with an unsurpassed safely record and demonstrated level of expertise. All of Landmark’s employees are certified and have a minimum of five years experience in the remediation field.  The company has strong ties to the regulatory agencies that govern remediation compliance and was recently engaged in forming the new asbestos abatement regulations with the DEP (Department of Environmental Conversation), which came into effect January 13th, 2010.
