U.C.I.

Established in 2003, U.C.I. is a private construction company based in Lansdowne, PA specializing in demolition, concrete cutting, masonry and concrete finishing work. We not only perform excellent work in each of these areas separately, we also combine them to offer outstanding commercial renovation and building conversion services. In addition to working in raw spaces, our crews have also successfully worked in occupied and sensitive work areas.

The U.C.I team has the skills to get your job done quickly, safely and within your project budget. Our demolition expert has over 25 years of experience in selective and structural demolition. The head of our concrete cutting service area has over 15 years of experience. Our lead mason has 35 years of experience and was trained in Italy by stone masons. Our lead concrete finisher was also trained in Italy and has over 25 years of experience. We also have a master electrician on staff to ensure the safety of our demolition crews.

Worker & Environmental Safety:
Our managers consistently monitor job safety conditions and strictly enforce safety standards. We hold regular safety training meetings and provide our employees with the tools and resources they need in order to work safely. We also offer incentives for accident-free performance. It is our policy to salvage as much material as possible at the jobsite and haul it to D.E.P. approved facilities. We also have experience with LEED certified projects.
