Lake Tapps Construction Unltd was created in 1990, with the goal of providing the highest quality construction services to our friends and neighbors in the Puget Sound region. Over the past 23 years we have acquired an extensive listing of satisfied clients. With over 100 years of experience in the construction industry on staff, we have the ability and integrity to construct from the simplest of projects to the most complex.

Residential projects have ranged from minor repairs, remodels, additions, outdoor living spaces, and new custom homes to exquisite private estates. We have completed many commercial projects from basic office tenant improvements, historical renovations to complete facility change of use reconfigurations and new facility construction. The public projects we have accomplished consist of a full range from utility infrastructure, to renovations and construction of fire stations, city halls, school projects, transportation facilities, city & state park, and numerous other projects.

Our staff has earned many industry certifications from the basic of having all employees maintain current first aid/CPR training to maintaining CESCL and Lead Abatement.
