Established in 1979, Duplan Construction, Inc. provides quality construction services for commercial and industrial buildings. Through the years we have had the pleasure of working on a variety of projects including restaurants, retail stores, office complexes and more.

We make sure to involve ourselves through the entire construction process and find ways for our client to save money. With alternative materials, systems and methods, we are able to help our clients cut costs and still achieve the look they were aiming for. Our team is driven by practical filed experience, understanding innovative construction management technologies and meeting the requirements that have been set by our clients. We always maintain an open and direct communication between our design team and field personnel. Should something change during the construction process, our design and field team will make sure to share these changes with each other.

At Duplan Construction, we have experience and knowledge in the design/build approach, which allows us to accept the responsibility of putting together a team of quality contractors including the architect, HVAC contractor, electrical contractor and more depending on the work needed for a project. We only hire on individuals that we know have the work ethic and skills to complete the level of work we expect.
