Pricing: $65,000 to $75,000 per acre, with NO assessments

Environmental: Phase 1 completed in October of 2002

Survey: Completed in September of 2002

Utilities: Gas, Water, Sewer, Electric, and Phone available

Comments: Lots may be purchased outright, as a build to own, or a build to lease. 100% Tax abatement and financial assistance is available.
