Scope Of Work
Seismic retrofit renovation of 50,000 sqft on 2 floors to create office and lab facilities. This project includes a 3-story tower lobby addition, and the creation of conference rooms, lobby area, service and concession areas and elevator installation.
This project also includes provisions for a future office addition connected to the lobby addition.
