Scope Of Work
The new building will be approximately 19,600 GSF and located east of Building 2 on the facility grounds. Currently 25% complete, the scope of this project includes all necessary architectural, geotechnical, hydrologic, mechanical, civil, structural, and electrical engineering design services. Work includes the preparation of Schematic Design (25%), Design Development (60% & 90%), Contract Drawings and Specifications (100%), and construction services. The construction of the building is being accomplished in 4 phases, including design consideration for site utilities, traffic flow, parking, location of building, emergency power, HVAC, construction, project phasing, etc.
