Harbor Pacific Contractors was formed in 1987 as a mechanical and civil construction company to provide professional construction solutions to both public and private clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. The Company has earned a strong reputation for delivering on its commitment of excellence in construction management and customer satisfaction.

Our core business is in the construction of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, water treatment facilities, power generation, fish facilities and transportation projects. Many of the projects we complete have a strong emphasis on the environment ……... responsible treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater, clean drinking water, fish migration, renewable energy, and clean transportation solutions. Harbor Pacific Contractors performs new facility construction as well as the renovation and expansion of existing plants where operation of the treatment process must be maintained during construction. We have experience in projects that involve deep excavations, poor soil conditions, and extensive site dewatering.

While most of our work is performed as a General Contractor on a "fixed-price" or "lump-sum" basis, we also work as a "Design/ Build" Contractor, Joint-Venture Contractor and/ or Subcontractor.

Harbor Pacific Contractors self-performs a significant amount of the work on its projects. We directly employ and manage our own crews of skilled carpenters, millwrights, laborers, pipe layers, equipment operators, plumbers and pipefitters. We generally perform our own earthwork, site utilities, structural concrete, process equipment installation, process piping installation and facilities start-up and testing. We subcontract specialty trades work such as architectural finishes, HVAC, electrical and controls.

The Company's team approach to construction management and project delivery promotes the use of partnering with the client, subcontractors and suppliers. As a result the Company has earned a strong reputation for providing quality construction services, client relationships, employee training, safety, and community outreach.
