Scope Of Work
This HOA community is made up of 19 Condominium Buildings and the Clubhouse with laminated composition shingles. Golf ball size hail hit the community March of 2016. Classic Construction was instrumental in working with the Insurance adjuster to assure that all damage was found and covered by the insurance carrier. Work began the middle of August 2016 removing and replacing the roofing; repairing or replacing broken skylights; repairing windows with broken glass and screens; installing new window glazing as needed; combing ac condenser units; completing necessary chimney repairs; replacing damaged gutters; replacing damaged garage doors; and painting: fences, trim, doors, door trim, chimneys, siding, posts, rails, and hand rails.
