Job Description:
At Ford’s Chicago Assembly Plant Alltech Engineering was contracted by ABB and Conti Corporation. The project included the removal of the existing prime exterior paint automation equipment, fabrication and installation of new support steel in the priming zone, and installation of the new ABB paint and sealer robots.
This project had a very aggressive schedule, which became delayed by other trades when the work began. Alltech developed an installation plan which brought the project back into alignment with the schedule and avoided lost production time.
