Scope Of Work
Renovation project of a tired retail building in the Clairemont Mesa area. Construction included a smart green home demonstration area, a working commercial kitchen and demonstration kitchen, large seminar space, beautiful and extensive lobby and office area. Project recieved LEED Platinum Certification.
