Scope Of Work
Project entailed construction of a two-story office and retail building along the San Diego Bay. First floor included three retail suites, with nine office suites on the second floor. Suites ranged in size from 500 sf to 3,000 sf, some of the offices included private decks and mezzanine levels with bay views. The project also included construction of a large underground parking garage and recieved LEED Gold certification for Core & Shell by the U.S. Green Building Council.
