October 2010, Orr Builders started the next phase for Cheeky's Restaurant which is their new Bar & Pizza restaurant next door. They have announced the new name, Birba.
The current location, Cheeky's, is open for breakfast and lunch and is rated Top 5 highest restaurant to eat at in the Coachella Valley. Birba, the new 1,395 sq. ft. addition consists of a full kitchen with a wood burning pizza oven and a beautiful 20' long bar completely covered with CARRERA marble, full seating inside and outside in their new patio area. Also on the property is the Owner's beloved herb garden, which is used in many of the recipes for both restaurants.
This was a project which both the Owners and Orr Builders worked together as a Team to complete this masterful, modern architectural restaurant in the heart of the Palm Springs Art District.
