Scope Of Work
New construction of a 2 story 60,000 square foot facility, the 5 acre property is located at the corner of Thomas Crossroads and Highway 34 in Newnan, Georgia. The facility will include climate controlled storage with 495 units. The exterior will be brick masonry with store front windows. The property will also include U-Box and RV storage. Project to be completed by 1stquarter of 2015.
