Commercial Construction Group brings 25 years of experience managing your office interior, medical office and retail build outs. We manage all phases of your build out from estimating preliminary design documents, applying for all necessary building permits, providing a detailed project schedule, coordinating all vendors and suppliers, inspecting all work of sub-contractors, providing a detailed punch list and supervising the final move in. Quality is our corporate motto. We believe our repeat business is due to our attention to quality and detail, as well as, to our understanding of the client’s requirements during the construction process.

"In 2000, I had the opportunity to have lunch with business leaders in the commercial real estate field. It was during this lunch that they posed the question, ‘Have you ever thought about going into business for yourself?’

The honest answer to the question was, ‘It had never crossed my mind.’

By this time, I had spent 15 years in the commercial construction field. Ten years with a large national developer and 5 with a boutique builder primarily serving established corporate clients.

As a lot if things in life, it came down to timing. In this case, it was the right time to take the initiative and start a business. I sit here now thinking, ‘Where have the last 18 years gone?’ As with all businesses, it’s the relationship with our customers and vendors that have made the last 18 years a success.
