Two-floor, 40,000 SF 1st generation interior renovation within the 1075 Building in Midtown Atlanta. The Class A office space included renovation of 12 private offices, a common area, 3 conference rooms with an integrated Lutron lighting and shade system, a reception area with back painted glass, restrooms, and a break room.
