Scope Of Work

Pincus Construction completed the interior build-out of a 3,800 square foot new prototype Athleta retail store. This challenging project included several mid-project design changes, existing utility interferences, and alterations to pre-fabricated store fixtures. Despite these obstacles, this store was completed on time and under budget. The work performed included:

Demolition of existing storefront and installation of new aluminum, glass and wood panel storefront

Installation of wood beams, wall panels and wall planking, high density shelving, custom casework and cashwrap

Provided a completely new electrical system, fire sprinkler system and music, security and burglar systems

Installation of store accessories to include display racks, kiosks, wall graphics, wall and ceiling hangers and fitting rooms

Provided custom paint design and new wood, tile and stone flooring

Installation of a new Chilled Water HVAC system, custom Lighting Package and new ADA compliant restrooms
