The company will continue to ensure that all superintendents and project managers are trained and certified by state and federally-mandated regulatory agencies such as the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (“SWPPP”) and the Air Quality Management District (“AQMD”). Near-Cal’s administrative and accounting staff will also stay on the cutting edge of technology and skills in order to keep projects running efficiently.
