For over forty years, Constantine DB has provided the New York Metro area with general construction and management services in both the public and private sector.  We specialize in the ground-up construction and full scale renovation of commercial, residential, and industrial buildings, including schools, hotels, public transit stations, apartment buildings, and hospitals.  Our experience as a general contractor  has allowed us to develop expertise in managing both the technical and administrative aspects of a project, a combination vital to ensuring smooth progress and successful project completion.

Beyond building, Constantine DB performs all administrative and management activities for every project we undertake, including on-site supervision, CPM scheduling, safety and quality management, labor allocation, and project drawing and document preparation. While the building process is our passion, the faithful execution of the vision of the client and architect is our primary goal. By working closely with project architects and engineers, we are able to ensure coherence between design and implementation.
