Scope Of Work

This $417 million medical campus was the combination of two hospitals to a single Lake Drive campus. The newcampus includes a 835,000 square-foot, evidence-based hospital; a central utility plant; a 200,000 square-foot medical office building and cancer treatment center; a seven-level, 875 stall parking structure and ambulance garage; a five-level medical office/retail complex with a five-story parking structure; and 190,000 square-foot of renovations to the existing medical space.
