Scope Of Work
Acting as both developer and builder, Saltaire pushed the design envelope for this project, working with the topography of the site to create contemporary home designs that are both refreshingly different and environmentally friendly. The 29 townhomes include elegant—yet cost-effective—interior finishes and fixtures, as well as classic casework.
