Turner Long Construction, Inc.

Turner Long Construction was founded in 1939 by J.M. Turner Sr. as a small residential contractor. Conditions changed after World War II, and the company shifted its concentration to commercial and industrial construction. In the 1960’s, the company diversified into highway and bridge construction as well as the construction of water and sewage treatment facilities. While maintaining the capacity to perform such work, the company has, over the last decade, devoted its attention to high quality institutional, commercial, industrial and healthcare projects.

In February 2012 J.M. Turner & Company and Blueprint Construction Services, Inc. located in Sterling, VA formed a strategic alliance to become the Turner Long Construction Company with offices located in both Roanoke and Ashburn Virginia.

We continue to seek opportunities to work with knowledgeable owners and architects with a vision on the future. Our diverse construction background, coupled with an extremely bright and innovative staff, has helped us increase our volume of work in various specialized type of business. Equally as important, many of our projects are obtained through repeat business clients. It is satisfying for us to know that our clients are pleased with our work time and time again.
