Scope Of Work
50 Bed Long Transitional Care Hospital consisting of a three-story steel structure with extensive brick veneer, curtain wall, and aluminum panel cornice work. 40 patient rooms were built out along with extensive administrative areas and nursing/lab stations. The project features a whole building emergency generator with auxiliary fuel supply. The project included massive site development including mass rock excavation in close proximity to other structures. Finally, the building includes a full service imaging suite which Loughridge built for the Owner to include CT Scan, X-Ray, and MRI.
