Scope Of Work
The Charlottesville office building is Martin Horn’s third project for thisowner on the same congested downtown corner. Construction was maintained without disturbingthe existing ACAC complex and surrounding businesses. The building has 5 stories, the firstdesignated for retail space and the upper floors for office space, and has a brick façade withcurtain wall and storefront glass throughout. Martin Horn completed the shell, site work and publicinterior spaces. The building is attached to the parking garage that Martin Horn built three yearsago and consumes 90% of the available footprint.
