Scope Of Work
The Evergreens at Smith Run is a luxury active adult community which includes a four-story, 130,820 SF building and five covered parking structures. The residential building was designed with a "Y" footprint for residents' ease of access to site amenities. Residents enjoy the on-site fitness center, pool, clubhouse, outdoor putting green, garden, game room, and private dining room. The building's 130 units are divided among 34 one-bedroom, 13 one-bedroom with den, 67 two-bedroom/two-bath, and 16 two-bedroom/two-bath with den units. Apartments include oversized balconies, walk-in closets, fireplaces, and washers/dryers.
