Performance Construction, a unit of WM Bell LP, is a full service general contracting firm engaged in industrial & commercial construction projects. Its corporate headquarters are located at 363 N. Sam Houston Parkway East, Suite 1100, in Houston, Harris County, Texas, 77060-2413.

The Company provides or manages all scopes of work, including; programming, design, engineering, and on-site construction of all CSI division codes for negotiated, design/build, and hard bid delivery methods. The Performance Construction management team is highly skilled and experienced in a wide range of commercial projects. Past clients of W. Michael Bell, Company president, include: GE Power Systems, ARCO, Weatherford, Inc., ABB Vetco Gray, Schlumberger Anadrill, FMC Corporation, Chevron Africa, M.W. Kellogg, Thomas & Betts, Konecrane Americas, Inc., XL Systems, and others. Geographically, W. Michael Bell has completed projects in the United States and Africa.
