As President, Todd is responsible for the overall performance of the company and directs the overall operation of MW Builders. All department managers report directly to Todd, including estimating, operations, field supervision, safety, and business development. Todd joined MW Builders right after college, and over the past 24 years, he has worked his way up through the organization and now leads MW Builders.

Bryan is a Senior Preconstruction Manager with more than 21 years of industry experience and a keen eye for detail. Bryan oversees the preparation of conceptual and final estimates, development of budgeting, scope optimization, value engineering, and coordination among members of the estimating team. His experience in project management, design-build, and field supervision give him the ability to take on a wide variety of complex projects and challenges.

If I could be anywhere other than here, I would be: fishing

As a Senior Preconstruction Manager, Isaac is responsible for supervising the estimating process and preconstruction phase of each project. He works closely with the owner, architect, estimating team, and subcontractors to obtain the most cost-efficient estimate for each project.

If I could be anywhere other than here, I would be: in the Pacific Islands (with gallons of sunblock)

Jeremy Lambden is an Estimating Manager for the Austin and Midland offices and brings more than 22 years of construction experience on a wide variety of projects and delivery methods. Jeremy provides oversight and management of the estimating department and preconstruction services. He also works closely with the business development and estimating staff to provide the necessary resources and support so that estimates and proposals are accurate and timely.

If I could be anywhere other than here, I would be: either walking behind my bird dogs or fishing down at the coast with my wife

Ryan Grier is an Estimating Manager for the Kansas City office with more than 21 years of construction experience on a wide variety of projects and delivery methods. Ryan oversees and manages the estimating department and preconstruction services. Bret Necessary is Vice President of Business Development for MW Builders and brings more than 20 years of hands-on engineering and construction experience to our clients in the development/planning phase and throughout construction. Bret’s experience in the design and construction fields, coupled with several years of experience on the owner’s side, enables him to bring valuable insight to the client, especially during the development phase of the project.

I'm most passionate about: mentorship; I have coached youth sports for more than 20 years and have had the privilege of teaching my players about leadership, teamwork and perseverance, in addition to the skills they learned on the field

Marty Hoffey is the Business Development Manager for the Kansas City office and brings more than 30 years of industry experience to our clients in the development/planning phase and throughout construction.
