Scope Of Work
Since 1998, JMB has been providing construction and construction management services to Target Corporation in the Northeast region. To date, over 60 Target and Target Greatland retail stores have been constructed by JMB in various locations from Delaware to New?Hampshire. The projects vary from new construction to demolition/renovation of existing retail structures as well as the construction of new offsite warehouse facilities. Many of the projects required extensive sitework and offsite improvements.
JMB provided construction management services for a new $40 million retail center for Target Corporation in downtown Stamford, CT. The 145,000 square foot retail center was constructed on top of a new four-level parking garage. This challenging project includes a steel beam and girder construction on top of the 289,000 square foot precast parking garage being constructed in a tight, active urban location with no laydown area.
