Scope Of Work
Greenfield 2-story, 38,782 square feet medical facility includes a licensed hospital on the first floor along with tenant shell space on the second floor.
The first floor will provide ambulatory services that includes eight inpatient beds, eight exam/treatment rooms, CT & X-Ray room, food prep room and central nursing station.
