Scope Of Work
HSW constructed a new branch location at Bell Road and Thompson Peak Parkway in Scottsdale, AZ. The Type 2.0 prototype is a brick veneer and stucco facility that is part of Howard S. Wright’s 8-acre Windgate Crossing project. The bank features customer service areas including a media center, teller line, calling and loan offices. It also includes an attached drive-thru and wood trellis shade canopies. The landscape consists of native plants and soil salvaged from the site prior to development in keeping with the City of Scottsdale’s Environmentally Sensitive Land Ordinance (ESLO). The ESLO program works to maintain both natural desert that has been undisturbed by development activity, and restore the desert terrain and vegetation to its natural condition post construction activity.
