Charles has dedicated his career to design/build contracting and industrial development projects. He founded a general contracting firm in Charleston, South Carolina that grew over eight years into a 60-employee company doing projects valued at over $30 million. As Vice President of Construction for a Northeast Ohio design/build firm, he was responsible for 1,000,000 square feet of new industrial construction annually along with all the infrastructure development for five major business parks. As President of M.C.C., Inc. and Beacon Development Company, Charles manages all construction operations.

Emerson is the Senior Project Manager responsible for all projects as well as supervision of all construction projects. Our clients are assured that their project will be brought in on time and within budget due to Emerson’s expertise in coordinating and overseeing all site work, quality control and safety assurance. He also oversees and coordinates property and equipment management on all EM Construction/Beacon Marshall properties.
