Our team is proud to be part of the largest rehabilitation in company history with the Peoria Portfolio. The $40 million renovation was the largest for Wallick and the largest tax credit rehabilitation in the State of Illinois, outside of Chicago.
The Peoria Portfolio includes four apartment communities — Hurlburt House, Parkview Estates, Reservoir Estates and Schlarman House. Combined, these communities provide 428 homes to seniors and 50 homes for families. Congresswoman Cheri Bustos, U.S. House of Representatives, Illinois 17th District, was on hand to say a few words during the open house and to cut the ceremonial ribbon celebrating the completion of the renovation in fall of 2015.
