Scope Of Work
The park has been constructed to New York City Parks and Recreation Department Standards and passed all required inspections for turn over to New York City for public park usage. The park included a steel pile supported pre-cast concrete pier topped with a timber deck extending 400 feet out into the East River, 500 linear foot pile supported timber deck walkway along the shoreline and a 6,000 square foot open plaza.
