Scope Of Work

Hollister Construction Service was retained by Care Station Medical Group to replace its current facility with the construction of a new state-of-the-art 9,000sf medical office building. The new modern, two-story facility was constructed on the current site, next to the existing structure. When complete, staff and operations relocated to their new home and the vacant facility was demolished and turned into a new parking lot.

Care Station's new and improved facility, providing primary, urgent and occupational medical care, occupiesthe full first floor of the building and features multiple exam and x-ray rooms, staff areas, reception lobby and waiting area. The facility's second floor is unoccupied and available for lease..
