Scope Of Work
Franchise owner Gordon Manus called on Spiegelglass to build the first Original Pancake House in 2007, and then called back five years later to build out a second location in St. Louis.
For the Ladue location, Spiegelglass coordinated timing with the landlord’s portion of the work, and gutted the interior of the 6500 square foot space, using materials including wood and stone to turn the space into a warm and inviting environment.
