Dale Hicks and Associates specializes in Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, for decades our team has built St. Louis, St. Charles, Jefferson, and Franklin Counties' finest structures. We are now turning our primary focus to develop a small community of unique, world-class attached homes on a single cul-de-sac street in a setting surrounded by forested public property and a wooded two acre tract with a single-family home to the east. We have chosen a European Tuscan architectural style for the attached homes to take full advantage of ICF construction techniques.
