This 117-unit independent senior living facility located in Ville Platte, LA was completed in partnership with EHDOC. This $2.4 million project includes an upgraded kitchen with new appliances, finishes throughout, upgraded bathrooms and reconfiguration of common areas. A/C was able to complete this project on-time while allowing tenants to continue living in their homes.
