This 54 unit, independent senior living facility was completed in partnership with EHDOC in Mamou, LA. It includes $871,000 in unit upgrades that include a new kitchen with new appliances, finishes throughout, upgraded bathrooms and reconfiguration of common areas. A/C was able to complete this project on-time while allowing tenants to continue living in their homes.
