Scope Of Work
In 2011, based on the needs of the community, Northfield Retirement , began the process to expand their existing facility by adding a 16 unit household in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The 16,500 square foot, single story project was built with local labor force and utilized ground source wells to heat and cool the facility. The project features fully accessible bathrooms and a full service kitchen.
