Scope Of Work
The FedEx Ground Distribution and Sorting Facility consists of a build-to-suit facility consisting of 8,000 SF office area, and 225,000 SF warehouse area on a 27 acre site. Scopes of work for this project include site work, core and shell, and finishes. The sitework involved concrete paving for the warehouse storage yard and two truck scale platforms.
